Composite ladders are mainly manufactured using a pultrusion process. End user requirements generally include variable height, ease of handling and load bearing capability, ease of storage (telescopic folding), choice of color options, absence of sharp edges and in-built interlocks to help avoid accidents, weatherability, UV resistance and fire retardancy.
